Danish Texaco distributor, Uno-X, to supply independent truck repair centre, TCK Kolding, with Texaco Delo products
- TCK Kolding has partnered with Texaco Lubricants’ Danish distributor, Uno-X Smøreolie, to incorporate the Texaco Delo range into its portfolio of lubricants.

TCK Kolding, a major independent truck repair business in Denmark, has partnered with Texaco Lubricants’ Danish distributor, Uno-X Smøreolie, to incorporate the Texaco Delo range into its portfolio of premium lubricants.
The partnership will see TCK Kolding exclusively use Delo products in its day-to-day operation where a suitable product is available. As part of the agreement, the Danish truck repair centre will implement the following products into its product line:
- Delo 400 XSP-SD SAE 5W-30
- Delo 400 XSP-FA SAE 5W-30
- Delo Syn-AMT XV SAE 75W-80
- Delo Syn-TDL SAE 75W-90
- Delo Syn-Gear XS SAE 75W-140
Negotiations between Uno-X and TCK Kolding began in June 2023, during which the Texaco distributor demonstrated how a complete lubricant overhaul would significantly benefit the independent Danish business. Uno-X showcased how its offer of a streamlined portfolio of modern products could revolutionise its servicing capabilities, and gave a thorough presentation on the tools it recommends implementing to handle lubricants efficiently in the workshop. As part of the negotiations, TCK Kolding were offered a “No run dry” warranty on bulk supplies, emphasising Uno-X’s commitment to prioritising the needs of its customers.
TCK Kolding’s presence across Denmark has grown since Henrik Conradsen took over the business in 2018. In 2021, Conradsen opened a new state-of-the-art premises close to its roots in Kolding, Jutland. At this facility, the business has the capacity to repair all brands of trucks, and can also do repairs on trailers, lifts, cranes, hydraulics, and tyres. Referred to by Conradsen as a “one-stop-shop”, TCK Kolding’s new centre employs over 30 people. The centre is unique in many ways, including its open hours – it is open from 7:30am until 10pm, with an emergency line open 24/7. The company also has a facility operational in Funen.
As the business has looked to capitalise on the growth it has experienced in recent years, TCK Kolding has forged partnerships with a series of reputable component suppliers. Conradsen was especially interested in a premium lubricants brand that could complement the business’ growth and the existing suppliers it had on board for other types of products. Recognising the strong reputation carried by the Texaco Lubricants brand, as well as the Delo range’s focus on helping to improve fuel economy and offer extended oil change intervals, TCK Kolding was convinced that the Delo range was the right fit for its lubricant product line.
Equally important in the decision of which lubricant supplier to partner with was the quality of the service offered by the distributor.
